📄 WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy applies to all products sold by [Wadi Works LLC] (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website and sales channels in the United Arab Emirates.

This policy is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection) and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023.

Warranty Policy


 Scope of Warranty

We provide warranty coverage for:

  1. New electronic products
  2. Refurbished / renewed / pre-owned electronic products
  3. Repair services and replaced parts

Warranty terms vary depending on product type and condition and are clearly stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty card.

Warranty Duration

New Products

  • Covered for the warranty period specified by the manufacturer or seller

  • Warranty starts from the date of purchase

Refurbished Products

  • Covered by a limited functional warranty
  • Warranty duration is clearly disclosed on the product page or invoice
  • Warranty starts from the date of purchase

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional failures under normal usage

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Faulty components not caused by misuse

For refurbished products, coverage is limited to functional performance only.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic wear consistent with product grading

  • Physical damage, cracks, or dents after delivery

  • Liquid or moisture damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Software issues caused by updates or third-party applications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Battery capacity degradation (batteries are consumables unless explicitly stated)

IMEI / Serial Number–Based Warranty Validation


  • Warranty eligibility is strictly verified using the IMEI or serial number recorded at the time of sale

  • Devices without matching records may be rejected

  • Warranty is non-transferable unless required by law

Customers must provide the IMEI or serial number when requesting warranty service.

Warranty Service Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our support team with order details and IMEI/serial number

  2. Our team will verify warranty status

  3. If approved, the product will be:

    • Repaired, or

    • Replaced with an equivalent product, or

    • Refunded if repair or replacement is not feasible

Repair Turnaround Time (TAT)

Warranty Repairs

  • The standard turnaround time for repairs covered under warranty is up to seven (7) business days from the date the product is received and the repair request is approved.
  • This timeline is subject to customer responsiveness. Any delay caused by awaiting customer confirmation, approval, additional information, or authorization may extend the repair timeline accordingly. Such delays shall not be counted toward the standard repair turnaround time.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

For repairs that are not covered under warranty, the estimated turnaround time is typically fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) business days.

Out-of-warranty repair timelines may vary and can be extended depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Availability of spare parts

  • Manufacturer or supplier lead times

  • Diagnostic complexity

  • Customer approval of repair estimates

Customers will be informed of any material changes to the estimated repair timeline.

Warranty on Repairs & Replaced Parts

Repaired products or replaced parts are covered by a minimum 15-day service warranty, unless a longer period is specified

Data Security (Refurbished Devices)

All refurbished storage devices undergo data erasure before resale. Customers are advised to perform a factory reset upon receipt.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection laws. In case of conflict, UAE law shall prevail.
