  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the purchase of products and services from [Wadi Works LLC-FZ] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) in the United Arab Emirates (“Customer,” “you”).

  • By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including all policies referenced herein.

  • Products & Services

  • We offer:

    • New electronics

    • Refurbished / renewed / pre-owned electronics

    • Repair, warranty, and after-sales services

    • Product specifications, condition, warranty coverage, and pricing are clearly displayed on the product page.

  • Orders, Pricing & Payments

    • Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise

    • VAT applicability is clearly indicated

    • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability

    • Any canceled paid order will be fully refunded.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

    • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery

    • Customers must inspect items upon receipt and report issues within 24 hours


  • Returns, Refunds & Repairs

    • Returns and refunds are governed by:

    • UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection)

    • Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023

    • Depending on the issue, the remedy may include:

    • Repair

    • Replacement

    • Refund (full or partial, where legally permitted)


  • Warranty Coverage

    • Warranty terms vary by product type (new or refurbished)

    • Warranty details are provided at checkout and on invoices

    • Warranty covers functional defects only, unless stated otherwise

    • Repaired parts carry a minimum 15-day service warranty.

    Refurbished & Pre-Owned Electronics – Special Terms

  • Definition

    • Refurbished or pre-owned products are previously used devices that have been tested, inspected, cleaned, repaired if required, and graded for resale. These products are not new.

  • Grading & Cosmetic Condition

    • Refurbished products are sold under disclosed grades such as:

    • Grade A (Like New)

    • Grade B (Very Good)

    • Grade C (Good / Fair)

    • Cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed grade does not constitute a defect.

  • Functionality Assurance

    • All refurbished devices are tested to confirm functionality and safe operation at the time of sale.

  • Refurbished Warranty

    • Refurbished products include a limited functional warranty

    • Warranty duration is stated on the product page or invoice

    • Warranty starts from the date of delivery

  • Warranty Exclusions (Refurbished Products)

    • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical or liquid damage after delivery

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Normal battery wear and capacity degradation

    • Software issues caused by updates or third-party apps

    • Batteries are considered consumable items unless explicitly guaranteed.

  • Returns & Solutions (Refurbished Products)

    • If a refurbished product is defective:

    1. Repair will be attempted first

    2. Replacement with an equivalent refurbished unit

    3. Refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

    • Refund values may be adjusted for reasonable use where permitted by law.

  • Software & Compatibility

    • Devices may include a clean OS installation

    • Future software updates are not guaranteed

    • Network lock status (if any) is disclosed


  • Data Erasure

    • All refurbished storage devices undergo data erasure prior to resale. Customers are advised to perform a factory reset upon receipt.

  • Sustainability Notice

    • Refurbished electronics support reduced e-waste and sustainable consumption.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by UAE law.

  • Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
