General Return Conditions

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product does not match its description

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframes outlined below.

Return Timeframes

Non-Defective Products

  • Return request within 3days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Defective Products

  • Return request within 7days of defect discovery

Refurbished Product Returns

Refurbished products may be returned if:

  • A functional defect is identified

  • The delivered product does not match the disclosed grade

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The issue relates only to cosmetic wear consistent with grading

  • The product was damaged after delivery

  • The device was tampered with or repaired by a third party

Return Authorization Process

Before returning any product:

  1. Contact customer support for approval

  2. Provide order number and IMEI/serial number (if applicable)

  3. Follow return instructions provided by our team

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund, Repair & Replacement Priority

Depending on the issue, one of the following remedies will apply:

  1. Repair

  2. Replacement with an equivalent product

  3. Refund (full or partial, where legally permitted)

Refunds for refurbished products may be adjusted to reflect reasonable use.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days
  • Bank or payment provider delays are outside our control

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Return shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns

Inspection & Approval

Returned products are subject to inspection. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Orders already shipped are subject to return conditions
